Memos to flat-mates: Memo #1

Contrary to your great faith in the power of technology and modern science, lasagna kept for 3 weeks in the oven does not keep. Suggest you try the fridge next time. **note: to check if lasagna is old, cannot be eaten and thrown away, please breathe deeply any where in the flat. You will notice a pungent, old meaty, rotting cheese odor. This is a good indication that you can now put the food in the dustbin, as far away from the house, and as quickly as possible.

It's hard to beat a several month old bag of Brussels Sprouts in a student fridge for real pungency! It's also still pretty bad when placed in an envelope and taped to the bottom of the perpetrator's bed - but then (and this is important) it does not affect so many people.
